Align & Thrive appointment texts. This program sends appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling questions from Align & Thrive Spine Wellness, a mobile chiropractic clinic in Gilbert, Arizona, to patients and prospective patients who have agreed to receive them.

How to opt in

You opt in by ticking the text-message box when you book online at book.alignandthrivespine.com, or by telling us in person that you would like appointment texts. The box is optional and is never pre-ticked.

Consent is not required to book. You can book, and you can receive care, without agreeing to text messages.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your appointments and any scheduling questions you send us. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates; we do not charge you for the messages.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation message and then no more appointment texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the details below.
• Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment or change your care. We can still reach you by phone or email.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We keep appointment texts free of health details. How we handle your information, including the statement that mobile information is not shared for marketing or promotional purposes, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
